It would be helpful if you let us know your itinerary ahead of time and any delays when they occur so we know when to expect you. You can call the service desk at (607) 255-6214 or email Ebony Scott at ejs65@cornell.edu.
The sessions will be held in Room 233 Plant Science Building: see map. This is a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from RPCC. On Sunday or after 5pm you can park near the Plant Science building, but this is not permitted during a weekday and you will be ticketed!
Meals are available on a cash basis at RPCC on Saturday and Sunday. Meals provided by the conference (starting with breakfast on Monday 7am) will be at North Star (Appel Community Center, North Campus)
All non-Cornell registrants will be provided with a bus pass valid on any Ithaca bus. You can use the bus pass to get from RPCC to/from Plant Science – Route No. 81. Buses run in both directions every 10 minutes. Allow 10 minutes travel time. However Route 81 does not run on Sundays, but we have transport available in the event of inclement weather.
